Louisiana state Rep. Lance Harris (R-LA) told Breitbart News Saturday the “Silent Majority” will stand up during the 2020 elections to fight the anti-police Democrats.
Lance Harris author of the nations first ever Blue Lives Matter law that expanded the state’s hate crime law to include law enforcement officers, firefighters and other emergency medical services personnel, running for congress.
I wrote the law because I was sick of watching police officers be attacked. I was sick of watching police officers be criticized on a daily basis by the press and anarchist protestors. Someone has to take a stand for the vast majority of good officers who put their lives on the line every single day to protect people they don't know. Someone had to take a stand for the officers who kiss their children goodbye every day not knowing if it will be the last time.
Once again, we find our law enforcement officers under attack.
I'm running to be a voice for the bravest men and women in the world who stand on that thin blue line and keep us safe. I'm running to take a stand for those that stand for us. I'm running because it's time for the adults in the room to stand up and say, enough. With your help - we can do this.
